Refund policy

Due to each item being individually prepared after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before you complete your order. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If the correct address was entered and the item was lost during shipping then we will issue a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Multiple Item orders may ship separately.
